Fire & Glory Outpouring Articles
I believe that in 2023, God is going to increase our revelation of Jehovah-Rohi, the Lord our Shepherd from Psalm 23.
“The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake.” Psalm 23:1-3 NIV
There is no lack with those who are hanging out with their Shepherd. Start expecting to see Him, to see your miracle!
Fasting is not just about killing your flesh, it’s about filling yourself. If you think fasting is just not eating with no prayer, then what you are really participating in is a cool diet.
When you fast, think about your normal eating schedule. You might have breakfast, lunch, dinner, some snacks in between those meals or even a snack at night! Every time you fast, replace all of your normal meals and snacks (or whatever you choose to fast) with spiritual activity. Participate in things like prayer, time in the word and worship. Spend time in His presence and in His love and seek His heart.
"‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.’” Acts 2:17 NIV
The end time plan is that God will pour out His spirit on all flesh. It will look like dreams, visions, prophecy, salvations, signs, wonders and miracles. This is revival! It is an open heaven where the revival rains come. When the rains come, people encounter God. The rain is the presence of God. The rain softens our hearts that the seeds of His promises will be planted in good soil. The revival rains bring refreshing. God wants to give us an unusual intimacy that comes from the rain. When these rains of revival are released, God accelerates the harvest of the grain, oil and wine. He wants to release these three things over the entire church. It’s for you!
There are a lot of people who know a lot of things about Jesus. They’ve become “celebrity mindset christians”! Let me show you what I mean: In today’s world, many people follow celebrities on Instagram or Twitter. They know everything about their favorite celebrity’s life, their car, their favorite restaurants, their mannerisms. They act like the celebrity is their best friend. But if you talk to them one-on-one, you realize that they don’t really know that person at all. They only know about them.
You hear us constantly reminding you to spend time with Jesus and develop your intimacy with Him! Here’s how! I want to share with you four practical ways to spend time with God:
1. Meditate on God’s Word
“pray without ceasing;” 1 Thessalonians 5:17
Prayer can be the fuel that ignites our intimacy with God. I want to share with you three powerful types of prayer that we can engage in that will grow our intimacy with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and bear much fruit:
Paul told Timothy not to neglect the spiritual gifts that were stirred up inside of him as he laid hands on him. He also encouraged Timothy to wage a good warfare with the prophetic words that were spoken over his life. I want to encourage you on your journey of spiritual impartation! I want to share with you how you can step into a culture of impartation at your church, ministry or home!
We are in a season of fresh oil. Jesus wants to fill you with the Kingdom of God on the earth as it is in Heaven. When you have His oil, it works everywhere! It works on the golf course, in your home, at your work, at the store, on yourself! Speak to mountains. Speak to things happening in your life. There’s an oil of breakthrough God wants to release in this generation!
I want to share with you a word of wisdom.
God has not called us to love everything and to love everybody’s opinions.
He has called us to sonship.
If Jesus agreed with every doctrine and every person and was afraid about offending everybody, He would have never got nailed to a cross.
God wants to realign our hearts to Heaven. I believe it is time for a mindset shift from fear and doubt to see what Jesus thinks about your situation. God wants us to walk with a heavenly perspective, realizing that we are already seated in heavenly places with Christ.
“And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,” Ephesians 2:6 NIV
On Yom Kippur 2022, I saw a vision of Jesus dressed like a pioneer, wearing a cowboy hat. I saw a huge rattlesnake slither up. Jesus took out a shovel and chopped the head off the rattlesnake and it died right there on the spot. Right after He did that, Jesus looked up at me and smiled.
In my spirit, I knew Jesus was saying, “Jerame, there is a new generation of pioneers that are raising up. They are not going to be afraid of the devil, but the devil is going to be afraid of them. They are going to dismantle the lies that have been rattling around in a generation’s head and they are going to establish the Kingdom of God.”
When architects of old constructed temples and palaces, the cornerstone used to be the most beautiful work of the building. It was the first piece laid down and it had to be crafted in perfection, perfectly level and in it’s perfect place. If not, the entire building could not be completed. Jesus is the Chief Cornerstone and nothing works unless our lives are built upon Him.
“Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.”
Ephesians 2:19-22 NIV
If you want to see radical miracles, you have to make a radical choice to obey Jesus at all costs. Let’s dive in to one of the most loved stories in the Bible:
“That day when evening came, he said to his disciples, “Let us go over to the other side.” Leaving the crowd behind, they took him along, just as he was, in the boat. There were also other boats with him. A furious squall came up, and the waves broke over the boat, so that it was nearly swamped. Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, “Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?”
He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.”
Mark 4:35-39 NIV
Let’s talk about inheriting the Kingdom of God. I want to share with you an interesting verse I have been studying for years. Check this out:
“If clouds are full of water, they pour rain on the earth. Whether a tree falls to the south or to the north, in the place where it falls, there it will lie.” Eccl 11:3 NIV
I believe this verse means that when we die, our level is set. You see, there are different levels to knowing God. I believe this “level” is what we accomplish on the earth and our intimacy with Jesus. How we live affects the realm of rewards in heaven. We only have this live to live on Earth. Once you’re gone, you’re gone. There’s not another chance to make history for His name.
Jesus came to set at liberty those who were oppressed! He wants you to walk in joy and freedom and release that same anointing to the world around you.
“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.” Luke 4:18-19 NIV
Have you experienced a God encounter, received a vision or a dream and you don’t fully understand it? God is inviting you to come closer to His heart as you steward His gift to you.
“It is the glory of God to conceal a matter; to search out a matter is the glory of kings.” Proverbs 25:2 NIV
God wants us to learn how to develop the anointing He has placed on our lives. When Jesus makes His home in your heart and you are baptized with the Spirit, the Spirit of God is within you. He doesn’t just want you to have the Spirit within you. God wants the anointing, the Spirit of God, to rest upon you.
“But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and all of you know the truth.” 1 John 2:20 NIV
Moses was a cultivator of the glory of God. Moses lived for the reward of God’s manifest presence. I believe that it is time for the glory-cultivators to arise! Check this out:
By faith Moses, when he had grown up, refused to be known as the son of Pharaoh’s daughter. He chose to be mistreated along with the people of God rather than to enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin. He regarded disgrace for the sake of Christ as of greater value than the treasures of Egypt, because he was looking ahead to his reward. Hebrews 11:24-26 NIV
In the Garden of Eden, the enemy stole three gifts given to Adam and Eve. The good news is we already have access to all three through Jesus’ death and resurrection. Let’s reclaim what is ours through Jesus!
In Matthew 3:11-12, John the Baptist prophesies:
“I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will clear his threshing floor, gathering his wheat into the barn and burning up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”
I want to talk about that “and fire” part! Jesus wants to release three blessings into your life that will advance you into a greater realm of intimacy with Him.
Did you know that the Word of God is a mirror? Check this out:
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. But we all, with unveiled faces, looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:17-18 NASB
As the Spirit of God comes, it changes us! The Spirit of the Lord reveals Jesus to the church. When we have encounters with God by His Spirit while reading the Word of God, we are changed. As God gives us dreams and visions, it takes us from glory to glory and strength to strength. When you encounter God, He transforms your life.
I have an amazing dad who has always supported me and always supported the ministry. I want to share with you three ways I watched my dad partner with God for breakthrough in his business!
I want to share with you the spirit of revival. I believe that revival is not an event that we hype up! It’s not just consecutive church meetings. What makes true revival is the Presence of God! Join me as we jump into the 3 signs of true revival:
David always talked about worshiping the Lord in the beauty of holiness. I believe that there are 3 keys that will unlock a greater dimension of intimacy with God in your life! Let’s jump into the book of Psalms to discover the beauty of holiness, the desire of every true worshipper.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. Psalm 100:4
I believe there’s a little bit of Mary and a little bit of Martha in all of us! Traditionally when we come across this story in Luke 10, we are taught about “doing” versus “being.” I believe there is truth to that, however I also believe that we all need to be with God and we need to do as we take our place in the Kingdom! Here are 5 lessons we can learn from the story of Martha and Mary:
The Holy Spirit is not some mystical force. He is not weird goose bump or tickle you get when you’re at church. The Holy Spirit is a person and He wants to be with you! Here are three steps to develop rich fellowship with the Holy Spirit:
Why are politics, entertainment, and worship such hot topics in the news right now? I believe this is what Jesus was talking about when He warned us of the leaven of Herod, Pharisees and Sadducees. But while the darkness spreads like leaven, so does God’s Kingdom. A speck of His glory can dispel the darkness.
I want to share with you a conversation with Bob Jones, where I discovered one of the greatest keys I have ever learned from a spiritual father!
“A good person leaves an inheritance for their children's children…” Proverbs 13:22 NIV
In Exodus 3:1-5, God gives us four keys on how to get His attention. Moses was known as a friend of God. He was one who encountered God and walked with Him. This is the very beginning of Moses’ journey with God, the start of when God reveals Himself to His friend, Moses:
Imagine the day that you walk like Peter. You are walking down the street and BAM! every single person you pass is instantly healed when your shadow reaches them!
