3 Ways to Partner with God in Your Business (3min)

I have an amazing dad who has always supported me and always supported the ministry. I want to share with you three ways I watched my dad partner with God for breakthrough in his business!
1. Hear God’s Voice

My dad is a businessman and I have seen some amazing breakthroughs happen to him. I remember when I first got saved, my dad began to get curious about the prophetic. When I was going into ministry, Dad asked me: “How do I find breakthrough in the business?” I told him that first he would have to learn to hear God’s voice. God has the greatest ideas, strategies and blueprints. If we can hear His plans and follow them, then favor will follow what He says. You just have to hear God and do what He says. My parents prayed and they felt like they were suppose to sow a seed of around $10,000 into Heidi Baker’s ministry into the orphans and poor in Mozambique. This leads me to my next point:
2. Generosity
Generosity releases breakthrough in business and ministry.
“He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness. You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God.” 2 Corinthians 9:10-11 NIV
This reminds me of when I wrote my first book, Manifesting the Love of God through Signs, Wonders and Miracles. It did okay but it wasn’t really selling. I remember saying, “God, I want to see the message that You’ve put in me all over the world.” To me, it wasn’t about the money and the influence, it was about getting the message of His Kingdom out. God told me to send a box full of my books for free to a church in Hawaii. He told me that if I did this, He would release breakthrough in my business. I sent the box to the church He told me to. Right after I did that, Sid Roth asked me to come on his show. Literally a week or two after the airing of the show $30,000 came into the ministry. The book exploded and went all around the world.
After you hear God’s voice, act on it. God moves on generosity.
3. Radical Obedience

Just like I was obedient to send the box of free books, my dad was radically obedient when He heard God’s voice and acted on it! He sowed the seed and they had an incredible amount of favor fall upon their business. Dad has a company that removes asbestos and hazardous materials from old buildings and hospitals. On one of his large projects, God shrunk the amount of asbestos. It was a miracle. My dad didn’t have to pay for the expected transportation fees and he ended up making a much bigger amount on top of the bid than he was expecting. God multiplied their money times seven. Dad’s obedience to God’s voice and his generosity took His business to another level. God wants the same for you!
Keep It Simple…
God can release supernatural finances, but we have to listen to his voice, walk in generosity and be radically obedient to do what He says! As we do, God will move and release breakthrough to your business, your ministry and your family!
