Jesus came to heal every sickness and every disease. When He was on the Earth, Jesus was on a mission to show the love of God to a generation through signs, wonders and miracles. One of the names that Jesus went by was “The Great Physician.” It’s time to partner with Jehovah Rapha, the Lord who heals.

In Exodus 15, the Israelites were walking through the desert for three days with no water. They came to Marah, a place with water, but they could not drink it because the water was bitter. God directed Moses to throw a piece of wood into the bitter water to heal it and make the waters fit to drink.
He said, “If you listen carefully to the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.” Exodus 15:26
If we fast forward to the New Testament, we see Jesus is the complete manifestation of Jehovah Rapha. Jesus destroyed every sickness and every disease on the cross. In fact, everywhere He went signs, wonders and miracles were flowing. He wants us to flow in that same realm and recognize the work of the cross.
“But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5 NIV
The wood that was thrown into the water at Marah, represents the finished work of the cross. When we embrace the full work of what Jesus did on the cross, it gives healing permission to overtake our mind, body and soul. Jesus bore our grief, our sin, sickness and disease. When we accept what Jesus did on the cross, we have the ability to go from bitter to sweet. God removes the lust, the fear, the anxiety and He releases healing, peace, joy and righteousness.

As Jehovah Rapha was on the move, she was instantly healed and no longer has a black spot in her eyesight. God recreated the lens on her eye.
